Hanna Shaikh River Transport Company, Basra Iraq, established in 1927 as owners and operators of merchant and passenger ships.
1942 -
Khanaqin Oil Co.
Hanna Shaikh Oil Distribution Co., Basra Iraq, sole distributor of Khanaqin BP oil products in southern Iraq .
1957 -
Taylor Woodrow, UK
Taylor Woodrow Hanna Shaikh Co. Ltd., formed as the Iraqi subsidiary of Taylor Woodrow (UK) a leading international civil contractor.
1958 -
Raymond, USA
Raymond International Hanna Shaikh Co. Ltd., established as an Iraqi partnership company for marine works that executed key projects including Khor Al Amaya Oil Terminal.

Bahrain Bulk Companies
A Hanna Shaikh partnership companies in Bahrain that established the first cement and aggregate marine terminal in the country with storage & distribution facilities.

Mitsubishi, Japan
Mitsubishi and Hanna Shaikh formed JV for logistics and transport services that supported major projects in Iraq including the Hartha Power Plant 200MW in 1982.

China branch of Worley was formed in JV with Maison for provision of Oil & Gas Solution delivering projects globally such as Yanbu refinery expansion in Saudi Arabia in 2013.
